Wet Tropics Restoration Alliance annual event

Managing Director, Dr Glenn Dale, and Rehabilitation and Land Management Sector Lead, Dave Waterson, recently attended the Wet Tropics Restoration Alliance annual event in Cairns.

We presented on Verterra’s unique service offerings in the field of ecological engineering, and the rollout of the Reef Credit Method for Grazing Land Management and associated DroverTM service.

It was a great opportunity to hear first-hand about the important work that Alliance members are doing in the Wet Tropics, and to network with some of the people, including Kylie Freebody, Penny Scott, Barney Swan, Tim Wong, Bronwyn Robertson, Jeff Baines, Tim Hughes, Aymeric Maudous, who are working tirelessly to protect and restore this important region. We look forward to collaborating with Alliance members to help manage the co-existence of people and nature across this area of exceptional natural beauty and incredible biodiversity, linking the Wet Tropics rainforest with the Great Barrier Reef.
