- development of a methodology to assess greenhouse gas emissions of forest-based harvesting, extraction and regeneration activities to complement its existing forest growth and decay carbon balance models
- the cost to implement the methodology
- an assessment of the veracity of assumptions challenging previous carbon estimates

The project provided the client with an independent, objective methodology to assess the carbon balance of forest managing operations, and the basis to challenge unsubstantiated claims from opposition groups.
